Controlroom S, also known as Dusty and Rusty Factory. Steel rollers for steel rolling were made. Due to the crisis, the factory had to make do. It could no longer pay its employees. It has now been emptied.

The turbine hall of the lost place. There is still 1 turbine left.

The control room has also been preserved despite the vandalism that has taken place there.

The building has been demolished since 2023.
